摘要: 本文解释了植物遗传资源核心种质的概念及特征; 介绍了构建核心种质的一般程序, 包括资料的收集与整理、分组方法、抽样方法、确定样品规模、核心种质的管理与利用; 比较了多种评价方法; 总结了近20年的研究工作, 分析了核心种质的研究现状和在实践中的应用状况, 预测了核心种质的应用前景。

Abstract: A core collection is designed to minimize repetitiveness within the collection and should represent the genetic diversity of a crop species and its relations. The procedure of constructing a core collection is collecting and arranging , then grouping, sampling and evaluating the data. In this paper, we compare the constructing methods and evaluation strategies of a core collection, summarize the research work over in the past 20 years, analyze the present status and propose the core collection’s application in the future.
