黑龙江省主栽大豆品种遗传多样性的SSR 分析

Genetic Diversity Analysis by Simple Sequence Repeats of Soybean (Glycine max) Varieties from Heilongjiang

摘要:

使用合丰25等来自13个育种单位的13份大豆(Glycine max)品种对大豆20个连锁群上的100对SSR标记进行筛选, 最终保留了扩增稳定且多态性较高的43对SSR标记, 分析了黑龙江省83个主栽大豆品种的遗传多样性。结果表明, 在所有供试材料中共鉴定出等位变异157个, 每个位点2-7个, 平均为3.65个。品种间遗传相似系数为0.216-0.937, 平均为0.638 4, 表明黑龙江省大豆品种的遗传相似性较大, 故拓宽黑龙江省大豆品种的遗传基础具有重要意义。

Abstract:

In this study, we selected 83 cultivars, including Hefeng 25, from 13 breeding units of Heilongjiang Province. We amplified 43 of 100 simple sequence repeats (SSRs), which distributed on 20 linkage groups of the soybean genetic map. In total, 157 polymorphic alleles were detected in 43 pairs of SSR primers. For each primer , 2 to 7 alleles (mean 3.65 alleles) were detected in all cultivars. Cluster analysis revealed most of the varieties bred by the same breeding unit with high genetic similarity. Pairwise genetic similarity coefficients ranged from 0.216 to 0.937 (mean 0.638 4), which indicated that the genetic basis of soybean varieties from Heilongjiang province were narrow. The genetic composition can be broadened by introducing diverse and distant cultivars as parents in soybean breeding.
