摘要: 光(温)敏雄性不育的研究无论对于作物杂种优势利用还是揭示植物发育过程中形态建成的光温调控机理均具有重要的意义。从调控机理和分子遗传学角度对光(温)敏雄性不育的研究现状进行了综述,并结合我们的相关研究,对目前光(温)敏雄性不育研究中存在的问题和发展前景进行了分析和讨论。

Abstract: In recent years, study of photoperiod- and/or thermosensitive male sterility (PTSMS) has made great progress, because of the significance of heterosis and regulation mechanisms for crops. In this paper, we review the status of PTSMS in terms of molecular regulation mechanisms and genetics. In addition, we discuss the problems and developmental prospects in the field of PTSMS.
