摘要： 植物组织培养技术具有巨大的应用价值，传统组织培养存在许多缺点，许多学者从培养基、培养容器、环境条件（光照、气体等）进行了研究和改善，取得了一定的成效。综述了这些方面的研究进展。
Abstract: There are a lot of shortcomings of traditional tissue culture conditions,which have been improved through some ways such as culture medium, container, environmental conditions(illumination, gas ). This paper has summed up the research results in improving the culture conditions.
