浸提条件对小麦秸秆中化感物质检测结果的影响

摘要: 通过对比不同浸提条件下小麦秸秆中化感物质的检测结果, 发现浸提温度和时间对化感物质的最终鉴定结果有很大的影响:在室温条件下,化感物质的量随着浸提时间的延长而增加,但在50 ℃时,随着浸提时间的延长,化感物质的量反而降低。化感物质最大量在50 ℃,24 h浸提条件下得到。在高温高压条件下提取到的化感物质的量多于多数条件下得到的量(除少于50 ℃,24 h浸提条件下得到的量)。试验结果表明随着浸提温度升高,植物材料中的化感物质在水中的溶解速度加快,但是性质不稳定,容易分解变性。

Abstract: Through the comparison of the allelochemicals obtained from different extracting conditions, it was discovered that extracting time and temperature have important influence on the allelochemicals analysis result. At ambient temperature, more allelochemicals can be obtained with longer extracting time; however, when extracting at 50 ℃, the maximum amount of allelochemicals was obtained at 24 hours, and with the extending of extracting time, the amount of allelochemicals decreased. At high temperature and under high pressure, the amount of allelochemicals was more than those of other treatments except the treatment of extracting for 24 h at 50 ℃. The experiment results indicated that the allelochemicals dessolved faster but became unstable and denaturalized easily at higher extracting temperature. 
