摘要： 综述了C3植物中C4途径的发现及研究现状；阐述了C3植物中C4途径的几种作用机理；根据C3植物中C4途径的存在，探讨了改造C3植物的遗传特性；并展望了这一领域的研究前景。
Abstract: The history of discovering C4 pathway in C3 plants and the research progress are reviewed; several C4 pathway mechanisms of C3 plants are narrated; the transformation of C3 plant’s hereditary features is discussed according to C4 pathway mechanism and the prospect of this research field is discussed.
