摘要: 以野大麦(Hordeum brevisubulatum)的幼穗诱导愈伤组织,建立悬浮细胞系,利用胚性悬浮细胞系在不同的酶解条件和不同的酶解液中分离原生质体并进行培养,获得了细胞分裂,形成细胞团。

Abstract: Embryogenic suspension cell line was established from calli which were induced from young inflorescences of wild barley (Hordeum brevisubulatum. After isolated from the suspension cell line under different conditions and enzyme solutions, protoplasts were cultured, cell division and cell cluster were observed.
