摘要: "北京早红"番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum)X秘鲁番茄(L. peruvianum )PI,128657中的8号株系杂交后杂种种子不能正常发育的原因观察。结果表明,杂种胚和胚乳发育缓 慢。授粉后16天胚乳开始退化。杂种胚的分裂是随机的,没有经历正常的发育阶段。.授粉后30天杂种胚开始退化,35天完全解体。投粉后4天有些珠被绒毡层出现增生。

Abstract: The seeds of hybridized combination between Lycopersicon esculentum(cultivar Beijing Zaohong) and L.peruvianum (strain 8 of variety PI 128657)could not be obtained in the conventional breeding. It was found that the hybrid embryos and endosperms developed slowly. The endosperms began to regress 16 days after pollination. Division of the hybrid embryos was radom. The hybrid embryo did not undertake the process of normal development. 30 days after pollination it began to regress and 35 days following pollination it disintegrated completely.4 days after pollination, the endothelium started to proliferate.
