摘要: 本文综述了近10年来有关利用细胞培养技术所进行的抗性生理领域的研究成果,包括在培养过程中植物细胞对外界胁迫的反应、有关利用细胞培养技术研究植物的抗逆性反应,以及植物抗逆性的理论在实际中的应用。大量的实验证明,细胞培养技术在植物抗逆性研究领域具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: In this paper, we reviewed the recent results on the adaptation of plant cells to stresses and the application of the theories of plant stress adaptation using cultured plant cells within latest 10 years. Many researches had proved that cell-cultured technique was greatly useful for the study of plant adaptation to external stresses, which might bright a splendid prospect of application in the future. It is expected that this paper will be a reference for the researches on plant adaptation to stresses at the cellular level.
