摘要： 研究了籼粳杂交F1种子胚愈伤组织诱导与2,4-D浓度变化的关系，在愈伤组织继代培养一段时间后，通过预培养和再生培养阶段，获得了从愈伤组织直接分化而来的再生植株。
Abstract: The study on the effect on callus induction of the hybrid rice with different 2,4-D concentration is presented. After 2 ～3 times subcultures, and through pre-differentiation and regeneration culture, regenerated plants of rice were produced.
