摘要: 利用缩节安(DPC)和磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4)单独和混合浸种的方法,对棉籽播前浸种处理,可以增加棉花叶片叶绿素含量,提高PS Ⅱ光化学活性和原初光能转换效率,以及叶片光合速率。DPC和KH2PO4混合处理的效果优于单独浸种处理。

Abstract: Chlorophyll content, the potential activity of PSII , the efficiency of primary conversion of light energy of PSⅡ and the photosynthetic rate in cotton leaves were all raised by soaking with single or mixed DPC and KH2PO4. The results also showed that the mixed application had better effects than that of single, DPC and KH2PO4 had a synergism on those aspects.
