彩绒革盖菌愈创木酚氧化酶活性研究

Study on the Guaiccal Oxidase Activites of Corilus versicolor

摘要: 本文测定了彩绒革盖菌在PDY液体培养基中的愈创木酚氧化酶活性。在30℃,110 r/min,恒温振荡培养条件下,第16天达产酶高峰,酶活性218.0 u;酶作用的最适pH为4.0;最适温度30℃;Ba2+、Mg2+、Cu2+等离子对愈创木酚氧化酶有激活作用,Ag+离子对酶活性有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract: The guaiccal oxidase activity of Corilus versicolor was studied when it was cultured in PDY fluid medium. The peak of the enzyme production appeared in the 16th days under the castant temperature of 30 ℃ and vibration(110 r/min), the maxmum enzyme activity was 218.0 u. The optimum temperature was 30 ℃ and the optimum pH was 4.0, Mn2+,Ba2+,Mg2+,Cu2+ were activators for guaiccal oxidase, whereas Ag+ obviously inhibited the enzyme activity.
