摘要： 使用荧光素二醋酸酯染色鉴定蓝藻细胞生活力较其他染色方法更可靠。文中介绍了该方法的具体操作步骤和注意事项。

Abstract: It is more reliable to determin the viability of blue-green algal cells by FDA staining. Procedure and cautions of this method are introduced in details.
