摘要： 本文对被子植物花粉形成过程中细胞骨架(微管和微丝)的分布格局、动态变化及可能的功能进行了概括，并对相关的几个有争议的问题进行了讨论。

Abstract: This review summarizes recent progresses of studies on cytoskeletons in pollen formation of angiosperms. Three major parts are presented in this paper: the distribution patterns of cytoskeletons (microtubules and microfilaments); their dinamic changes; and their prossible functions. Several associated issues are discussed.
