甘肃西山坪遗址5 000 年水稻遗存的植物硅酸体记录

Phytolith Evidence for Rice Cultivation from Xishanping Site in Gansu 5000 Years Ago

摘要: 西山坪遗址水稻遗存的植物硅酸体记录和炭屑以及碳化种子加速器14C测年显示甘肃天水5 000年前已开始种植水稻,是我国西北部有精确定年的最古老的稻作遗存, 也是水稻种植的最西北端。西山坪水稻遗存将稻作农业记录向西拓展了至少2个经度。这一发现有助于准确判定5 000年这一重要时点东亚水稻种植的区域以及了解水稻的种植与传播对农业和环境产生的影响。

Abstract: The phytolith evidence of rice together with AMS 14C dating of charcoal and charred seed from Xishanping site in Gansu shows that the rice has been cultivated about 5 000 years ago in Tianshui, Gansu province. The finding of cultivated rice with accurate dating is known the oldest record, which is also the most northwest border of cultivated rice, in northwest China. The finding extends the record of cultivated rice about 2°of longitude to the west and allows us to estimate the cultivated region of rice 5 000 years ago in Easern Asia. It will help on understanding the affection of rice cultivation and spreading on agriculture and environment.
