摘要: 包埋脱水法是植物材料超低温保存的新技术,从1990年至今,已有30多篇文献报道。本文介绍了包埋脱水法的研究历史、技术要点和主要优点。

Abstract: Encapsulation-dehydration is a new method for cryopreservation of plant materials. There have been more than 30 reports since 1990. In the present paper, the research history, the technicai essentials and the chief merits of encapsulation-dehydration are introduced.
