摘要： 芦苇变异植株是从EMS处理的愈伤组织再生的。植株是混倍体·染色体数目变异范围在100—33之间。在它们的分蘖植株中，存在类似的染色体数目变异。
Abstract: A variant of Phragmites communis was regenerated from EMS-treated embryogenie callus. The plant was mixoploid with chromosome number ranging from 100 to 33 and its tillers showed similar variation in chromosome number.
