摘要： 本文介绍一种提取植物叶片蛋白质的方法及电泳分析条件，可以很好地用来分析绿色组织中的全蛋白质组分。
Abstract: This article introduces an appropriate method for extracting leaf-pro-teins in plants and tuning II-D electrophoresis of leaf-proteins. A clear and repe-atable electrophoretic map can be obtained by using this method.
