摘要/Abstract

摘要： 三七成熟胚培养子MS+1 mg／L 1AA或NAA或2，4 — D的培养基上。二月后，在MS+1 mg／L 1AA或NAA的培养基上由外植体可诱导产生胚状体，但在含2，4 — D的培养基上只产生愈伤组织而无器官分化。胚状体转入MS+CA3 1 mg／L+IAAo.5 mg／L培养基上可发育成具胚根、根芽的小植株。
