摘要： 本文论述了在离体条件下，外植体生理状态及培养条件对外植体花芽分化的影响，概述了国内外在这方面的工作进展，并对离体条件下花芽分化的研究作了理论上和应用上的评价。
Abstract: In this revies, the effects of physiological states of explant, culture conditions (Light, temperature, nutrition, hormones ) on flower bud differentiation in vitro were discussed. The advances in this field were reported. Evaluation on this research field was given theoretically and practically.
