Abstract: Phytosulfokine-α(PSK-α) is a sulfated pentapeptide promotive factor of cell proliferation found in plant cells, which plays a key role in proliferation and differentiation of cells in higher-level plants. This paper summarizes the researches on the genes, binding sites and active mechanism of PSK-α.
