Induced Resistance to Postharvest Disease of Fruits and Vegetables

Abstract: Induced resistance is considered to be an alternative to synthetic fungicides in bio_control postharvest diseases. The use of induced resistance in control postharvest diseases of fruits and vegetables has successfully achieved. Aspects of induced resistance included: biological and abiolic elicitors; induced resistance of fruits and vegetables; the mechanism involved; and future application of induced resistance in disease control of postharvest fruits and vegetables.
