Abstract: The quantities of Vitamins A, E, C, 18 amino acids, protein, phospholipids and glucose oxidase in the pollen of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr, Pinus bungeana Zucc and Picea wilsonii Mast., which are prevalent in China, are found to be considerably high through the present research. The content of Vitamin A is 70 641.6 IU/100g and the total amino acid is 24.443 mg/100 mg in the pollen of Picea wilsonii. So the pollen of Picea wilsonii is excellent as a nutrient source.
