Abstract: Definition of non_pollution vegetables and valuation standard of hygiene and environment production were discussed in this paper. It was also discussed that includes the change of nitrogen fertilizer in soil, types and forms of nitrogen fertilizer, quantities and period of nitrogen application related to nitrate, over-nitrogens effected on the health of humanbeing and the quality of the ground-water; over_phosphorus caused running off which leaded to the rich nutritionlization of water body, Cd in P fertilizer effected on soil ecological environment;and manure, city refuse and sludge effected on the quality of vegetable and environment of the production. The methods of the crops nutrient balance, fertilizer effect function,NPK proportion, soil testing index, appearance and testing index diagnosis of plant nutrient, DRIS,and plant nitrate test strip applied to the reaserches on non_pollution vegetables production under the condition of soil cultivation in the recent 20 years were brifly reviewed.
