Abstract: Plant growth regulators NAA, IBA and IAA were applied for rooting of cuttings of several garden species. The experimental results showed that cuttings of Dendranthema morifolium and Dahia pinnota, treated with 0.1 mg/L and 0.2 mg/L NAA could increase rooting significantly. Dalbergia sissoo cuttings which were difficult in rooting, after treating with the above concentration of NAA and IBA rooting increased. Although Rosa chinensis, Euonymus megistophylla, Metaseguoia glyptostroboides, Taxodium ascendens and Gmelina hainanensis had high rate in rooting, but after treating their cuttings with different concentrations of NAA and IBA the rootings rates still could increase.
