Effedt of Different PH on Separation of Primula obconica Protoplast

Abstract: Protoplasts were separated from mesophyll cells of primula obcouica under different pH conditions(5.2, 5.4, 5.6, 5.8, 6.0, 6.2, 6.4 and 6.6)with cellulase(made in China).The results showed that the optimal pH is 5.6.
