Abstract: Tertiary deposits at the flat Ukraine contain numerous, macro-and microfossils. There are many well known occurrences of Paleogene and Neogene leaf remains in Ukraine and the most part of Tertiary strata have been studied palynologically. Palynological data show successive change of Tertiary flora and several importany perturbations around the Ecocene/Oligocene, Oligocene/Miocence boundaries, spatial and temporal difference of vegetation and zonation of crown cover at different Tertiary stages. Paleobotanical researches provided a curve of climatic change.
