摘要： 7ppm Hg ++对玉米，小麦幼苗生长具一定的刺激作用，而10PPm Hg++则抑制幼苗生长。Hg++对两种作物根系生长有不同的生理效应，而对玉米、小麦根系过氧化物酶影响表现为谱带减少或活性减弱。
Abstract: Seedling growth was stimulated by using 7ppm Hg++ in maize and wheat, but there was inhibitory effect on seedling growth at l0ppm Hg++ level. The physiological effects of Hg++ on radicle growth were different between maize and wheat. It was quite evident that peroxidase isozymes of root were affected by Hg++ in maize and wheat.
