摘要: 用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测了Zn2+对细菌铁蛋白[bacterioferritin (B.F.)]合成的影响。Zn2+抑制B. F合成,而在高Zn2+培养液中生长的菌体其B. F分子中Zn2+含量比低Zn2+条件下的高二倍。B. F分子中的Zn2+能转运出来激活碱性磷酸酶的活性。
Abstract: The effect of Zn2+ on the synthesis of bacterioferritin was identified by the ELISA method. Zn2+ inhibied the synthesis of B. F. The Zn2+ conteni in B. F. from the cells grown in higher Zn2+ medium was twice as much as the control. Zn2+ could be transported out in order to activate alkaline phosphatase.
