Abstract: Weak light stress is an important factor in protected cultivation. In this paper we give a detailed review about the effect of weak light on growth, photosynthesis of plants and its signal transduction. The adaptation way of plants to weak light environment and further research aspects of weak light stress physiology are suggested.
