Abstract: Transfering and reuse of organic substances in senescent organs rely on the transport and regulation of plasmodesma and cell wall surrounding plasmodesma which are disintegrated by digesting enzymes. Thus, the plasmodesmata are modified and enlarged, a wide intercellular channel is formed by plasmodesmal secondary modification.
