Abstract: The variation of R2 generations in agronomic traits wore observed in plants regenerated from wheat matured embryos. The results indicated that there were variations in the Plant height, grains Per ear, weight Per 1000 grains, heading date and ear length among different R2 in a considerable frequency and variations also existed among ear lines derived froma single Plant. Somaclonal variation and its application were discussed.
