Abstract: Using glass slide as the contrast, a spectrophotometric analysis method was established in intact and thick leaves to reflect zeaxanthin level by light absorbance at 505 nm. Results, obtained by this method in intact gingko leaves, were proved to be steady and credible through the data analysis of light absorbance by leaves at 505 nm determined in different ways.
