Abstract: The classes of Ca２＋-ATPase in plant，its subcellular locations and biochemical characteristics，the features of its structure and function were reviewed in this paper.The discrepancy of molecular weight and genomic clones of the Ca２＋-ATPase and its activity regulators were discussed in details.
