Abstract: Non-radioactive labeling technique is now widely accepted as a routine procedure inmolecular biology researches. This report introduced our protocol of using DIG labeled DNA probes in Northern blot, which is sensitive enough to detect the light-regulated expression of spinach rbcL gene.
