摘要

利用透射电子显微镜对水稻(Oryza sativa)双受精过程的超微结构进行观察。结果表明: 水稻雌雄性核融合过程有其独特的特点, 无论是精卵核之间的融合还是精核与极核(次生核)之间的融合, 均未观察到相关细胞器作为介质参与雌雄性核的融合, 只是雌雄性核的核膜直接融合。此外, 在传粉3.5小时后的水稻材料中, 观察到一例宿存助细胞核与精核相贴的图像。

Abstract

We used transmission electron microcopy to examine the process and ultrastructure of double fertilization in Oryza sativa. Such fertilization exhibits a unique fusing between the female and male nucleus. Direct fusion occurs only between the nuclear membranes of the female and male nucleus, instead of via mediating organelles, regardless of the presence of karyogamy between the sperm nucleus and egg cell nucleus or between the sperm nucleus and polar nucleus (secondary nucleus). Furthermore, the sperm nucleus attaches to the persistent synergid 3.5 h after pollination.
