从茄科基因组数据库(Solgenomics.net)下载普通烟草(Nitab) (子代)、绒毛状烟草(Nito) (父本)、林烟草(Nisy) (母本) COL蛋白序列, 采用Clustal软件进行序列比对, 并用邻接法构建系统发育树。
