Gene codes in the square correspond to the associated LRR VIII-2 genes; gene code containing a letter N indicates that the gene has a collinear homologous relationship with the LRR VIII-2 gene, but the gene no longer has the characteristic domain of the members of the LRR VIII-2 subfamily; the letter L represents the corresponding SCB has been retained, but the duplicated LRR VIII-2 gene on the SCB has been lost; blank regions indicate the SCBs has been completely lost.
