摘要: 从滇皂角Gleditsia delavayi Franch荚果的水溶性部分分离到一个含有8个糖基的三萜皂苷。运用光谱方法鉴定其结构为:3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基(1→2)-α-L-阿拉伯吡喃糖基(1→6)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-28-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基(1→3)-β-D-吡喃木糖基(1→4)-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基(1→2)-[α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基(1→6)]-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基刺囊酸(GS-C′)。应用2D NMR谱,包括TOCSY,1H1H COSY, HMQC, HMQCTOCSY, HMBC 和ROESY谱,全归属了其氢和碳的化学位移。

Abstract: From the fruits of Gleditsia delauayi Franch.,a new triterpenoid saponin GS_C′was isolated and its structure was determined to be 3-0-β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→2)-a-L-arabinopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-28-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→3)-β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→4)-a-L-Rhamnopyranopyl (1→2)-[a-L-rhamnopyranodyl(1→6)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl echinocystic acid.Complete assignments of1 H and 13 C spectra of CS-C′were achieved by 2D NMR spectra, such as TOCSY ,1H-1H COSY, HMQC,HMQC-TOCSY,HMBCand ROESY.
