摘要: 自从1953年Watson和Crick发现DNA双螺旋结构以来, 以DNA重组技术为基础的转基因技术迅速发展, 不可避免地对人们的日常生活产生了巨大的影响。该文回顾了植物转基因技术的发展历程和现状, 重点介绍了基因定点突变技术ZFN和TALEN, 以期帮助读者全面快速地了解这一令人充满期待的新的转基因技术。

Abstract: Since the discovery of the DNA double helix structure by Watson and Crick in 1953, technologies based on DNA recombination, such as transgenic technology, have developed so quickly that we can not escape its impact in our daily life. This short review discussed the past and current status of transgenic technology in plants with a focus on ZFN and TALEN technology to provide a quick overview of this exciting technology.
